Kimberly works with a full-service marketing and consumer research company whose primary focus is qualitative and quantitative research. Kimberly has over 25 years of quantitative testing experience. She is RIVA trained and has been doing qualitative research for 20+ years. Although she is a formally trained sensory scientist, her years of experience in marketing, business, and R&D sectors have given her a well-rounded background to apply to all her projects.

Kimberly is a dynamic and results-driven moderator who strives to utilize techniques that best fit a study to achieve objectives within her client’s budget and timeline. Her years of experience using both individual and team efforts in various sectors and her ability to manage a specific portion or the entire span of a project have given her a multifaceted approach that provides valuable insight to help clients in their business decisions. Her specialties include innovation, brainstorming, consumer research, sensory evaluation, human factors, and research for organizational effectiveness.
Although Kimberly manages much of her work in consumer research and human factors studies, she is currently focusing her skills on mock jury projects. She has mastered balancing set testing standards with her personable approach to reveal underlying reasoning from an array of participants, including healthcare professionals and patients. She optimizes the opportunity for learning and improvement for clients by delving into key areas of concern.
Education
Kimberly holds a BS and MS in Food Science with an emphasis in Sensory Evaluation from Pennsylvania State University. She is a trained Descriptive Panel Leader in both the Spectrum Method as well as QDA – Quantitative Descriptive Analysis – Tragon.
