Scot Maxwell

Scot’s experience includes working for great organizations such as Campbell Soup Company, where he held corporate and manufacturing HR roles, including assignments for Pepperidge Farm and Godiva Chocolatier. At Campbell’s, Scot was part of the start-up of the Organization Effectiveness function, a group dedicated with identifying how to put the conditions in place for employees to thrive in the workplace.  While at Godiva, he had a leadership role in managing the carve-out from Campbell Soup resulting from the sale of the business to Ulker, based in Istanbul, Turkey. He completed his HR career as the Senior Director of Organization Development in a Blue Cross/Blue Shield subsidiary in Jacksonville, Florida. 

Scot’s primary focus today is leadership development and building high-performance cultures.  He coaches individuals and teams at all levels of the organization, from shop floor to C-Suite Leadership Teams.  He helps leaders gain insights on their current level of leadership skills, then helps them build impactful development plans. He equips leaders with practical tools to elevate both individual and team performance.  Scot is well versed in human performance technology (HPT), assessments, and both quantitative and qualitative analytics, all designed to help organizations win in the workplace in order to win in the marketplace.  Scot possesses a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.Ed in Instructional Systems from Penn State University.
