As an associate at Maxwell Associates, Caroline provides consumer insights to a diverse client base through market research consulting. She supports various aspects of the research process, such as transcription, report writing, and editing, ensuring quality and accuracy.

She is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Florida, where she hones her creative writing skills and learns to communicate effectively in different contexts and audiences. She has earned inbound marketing and sales certifications from HubSpot Academy, demonstrating her knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing strategies and techniques.

After graduating this coming spring, she plans to pursue further education with a master of arts in mass communication with a focus on public relations.

Over her time in the work force, Caroline has held three main positions aside from her current one at Maxwell Associates.

At Concepts In Focus, a consumer market research firm that provides insights/feedback for a wide array of clients, she was a receptionst. There she was responsible for front desk receiving and welcoming participants. The position required phone recruiting and follow-up calls, managing data spreadsheets, and minor programming.

At Palencia Tennis Club, a high-end community tennis center providing tennis tournaments, clinics, and lessons; run by a team of professional tennis coaches, she was an office administrator. There she managed front desk activities, including phone support, reservation website, bookkeeping, cash register/POS, and clinic administrative support. The position required working independently while running the desk, pro shop, and overseeing the tennis facility.

At Crosswater Community Church, she was a next-gen intern, that provided a wide array of administrative support to the Next Gen Pastors. She assisted in multiple ministries, including children K-5th and youth 6th-12th, and led kindergarten classes and classroom prep work and assisted in designing, developing, and implementing children’s curriculum. She also rebooted and led the youth worship team, including recruiting band members and planning rehearsals.
