Kimberly began her career at Godiva Chocolatier. There, she was challenged with establishing the Sensory department with sound scientific research methods. She initiated and conducted Godiva’s first in-store consumer testing. She was offered an opportunity to work in the Marketing department, where she managed the in-store theater program and supported the innovation side of the business, bringing products from the initial concept to the shelf. After four years with Godiva, she moved to Campbell Soup Company, where, as a sensory scientist, she handled multiple team projects with marketing and R&D.  Additionally, she managed sensory support for subsidiaries (Godiva and Pepperidge Farm) which included training in statistics and Compusense, and guidance through various sensory projects. While at Campbell Soup, she completed RIVA training and began focusing her work on qualitative research. She utilizes multiple qualitative methods for study phases, including innovation and product development. Kimberly’s drive for excellence is applied to her projects and team collaboration to gain continuous improvement.
