Kimberly is an accomplished quantitative and qualitative researcher specializing in sensory evaluation, consumer research, mock juries, and human factors. She has an M.S. in Food Science and Sensory Evaluation from Penn State University. Kimberly has 25+ years of quantitative testing experience and over 20 years as an engaged, high-energy, qualitative moderator driven to help clients achieve their research goals.
Scot Maxwell
Scot is passionate about helping organizations win in the workplace to win in the marketplace. Utilizing an array of both quantitative and qualitative tools, he helps organizations improve workforce engagement and create high-performance cultures. He helps them identify critical barriers preventing top performance and then build effective action plans to unlock the full potential of their people. Scot has an M.Ed from Penn State University and more than 30 years of experience in corporate settings. He is skilled in HPT tools, focus groups, 360 feedback, culture & engagement surveys, and analytics.
Caroline Maxwell
Caroline utilizes her creativity and love for the written word to assist our team with designs, editing, writing, proofreading, and transcriptions. She is a moderator in training with an A.A. degree from St. Johns River State College and a B.A. in English from the University of Florida. She is Inbound Marketing and Sales certified and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida with a focus on Public Relations.
